Features of stacked cryogenic unit:
When the stacked cryogenic unit is used in pharmaceutical, chemical, aerospace heat sink experiment and other industries, a refrigerant carrying circulation system is usually needed between the ultra-low temperature refrigerator and the user's load reaction tank.
The main reasons are:
1. The load volume of general users is large. If the load temperature needs to be uniform, it must be filled with refrigerant, but at room temperature, a large number of low-temperature refrigerant will become gas.
2. The load of the user site is far away from the refrigeration room. The load area is usually clean, explosion-proof and silent area.
3. Usually the cooling capacity is cooled by the heat exchange coil in the load of the material. Once the heat exchange coil leaks, it may pollute the material, and the refrigerant system is usually used with the material solvent, so even if the leakage can completely avoid the possibility of pollution.
4. The refrigerant of stacked refrigerating unit is also a carrier of cold storage. When the load changes greatly, the refrigerant can be adjusted through the refrigerant.
This is conducive to control and energy saving.
Generally speaking, the greater the load fluctuation, the more the quantity of refrigerant.
5, the heat transfer efficiency is higher than liquid nitrogen.
Liquid nitrogen uses latent heat of evaporation to release cold capacity. Liquid nitrogen becomes a gaseous state after heat absorption. There is a state of vapor-liquid two-phase mixing in the coil tube, which produces a large gas resistance and a sharp decrease in flow rate.
